This work is an oil on canvas of 130 / 97 cm. It depicts a scene of an audience in a theatre. The colours are subdued to represent the light in the theatre. The figures are all in movement and communicate with each other. My works all have to do with movement, the moment and zest for life. Full of striking Mediterranean colours the expressionist works convey the vitality of an instant to be shared by the viewer. I consider my works to be accessible but not easy, arresting but enjoyable.
