I’m a huge tennis fan. I’ve painted several oil paintings of Wimbledon spectators. This double-sided polychrome iron sculpture is a feature of one of the oil paintings. My work captures a moment of carefree anticipation and joy, evoking the emotions experienced at such an iconic event as Wimbledon. I used iron to bring this bust sculpture to life, portraying a spectator immersed in the moment, their expression and hat painted with detailed brushstrokes of color. This piece not only radiates a light and exciting energy in any space, but also inspires us to capture and cherish the moments of pure happiness and anticipation in our lives.
